This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with in FAR 14, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price commercial services contract. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)- in the state of Mississippi, Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) for debris removal and emergency protective measures, erosion control for the Plumb Bluff Drive 2 area in George County, Mississippi. The solicitation number for this effort is 12FPC325B0003. The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation. Attached is construction drawings, specifications, and wage rates will be posted and available from this website. A site visit will be held on June 18th, 2025 at 10:00AM CST. Location and address stated at clause 52.236-27. Complete and sign SF-1442 and the prices/costs in Section B. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the bid price is required to be submitted with bids. The Government will evaluate bids in response to this solicitation without discussions and will award a contract to the responsible bid whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. This solicitation is being conducted as a 100% veterans-owned small business set-aside. Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
