THIS SOLICITATION IS A RESULT OF CHANGES MADE TO ORIGINAL SOLICITATION #: 12FPC324R0003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 12FPC324R0005 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part Subpart 12 & 13.5 are being utilized. The Government anticipates awarding at least one (1) and up to ten (10) Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract to support the ten (10) Service Areas. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 effective December 4, 2023. This acquisition will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, which has a size standard of $19.0 Million.
