This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)- National Water and Climate Center (NWCC), requesting services to provide Field Technicians for continued maintenance of the NRCS SCAN network in accordance with the Statement of Work/Specifications, and safety standard. The Field Technician shall be able to Climb ladders excavate holes, install sensors and equipment. The solicitation number for this effort is 12FPC324Q0120. The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote.
