This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)-Alaska, for Rotor- Wing Air Charter services to provide transportation for two (2) employees to and from field base camp to samples sites to measure soil characteristics and report site conditions at select sites located at remote locations throughout Alaska. Specifically, the Willow NPR-A Soil Survey Area, located near Inigok Field Station, AK in July 0f 2024.
