Notice Type: Solicitation Solicitation Number: 12FPC324Q0008 Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation – Acquisition and Procurement Division is issuing this Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Lafayette Water Resources Office located at 700 Cajundome Boulevard, Lafayette Parish, Lafayette Louisiana, to build an Automated Data Processing (ADP) room to house automated data processing equipment. The work consists of providing all labor and materials to construct walls, install sheetrock, dedicated electrical circuits, anti-static hard-surface flooring, doors, plywood for telecommunication demarcation, and providing and installing a duct-free split HVAC system. This solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside. To be eligible for award, interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 30 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $45M.
