The USDA Farm Producation and Conservation (FPAC) Operations Branch, Acquisition Division issues this solicitation on behalf of USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for work to enhance degraded wetlands and improve habitat for wetland dependent wildlife on the Montgomery property in Tazewell County, Illinois. In addition, all disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched upon completion of construction.
