The USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Operations Branch, Acquisition Division is issuing this solicitation on behalf of USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program for work to restore and stabilize a streambank using rock riprap along Caves Road in Liberty Township, Jackson County, Ohio. Contractor is responsible for all necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, facilities and incidentals. In addition, all disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched upon completion of construction. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the bid price is required to be submitted with bids. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated under sealed bidding procedures FAR Part 14.
