This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 12FPC323Q0111 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part Subpart 12 & 13.5 are being utilized.
