Can you please indicate if any of the subject properties have the following: Irrigation rights (including legally permitted wells, ditches, reservoirs, ponds and lakes) and buildings/affixed irrigation equipment. (We are unaware of any irrigation rights) Timber, orchards or other permanent planting. (We do not know of any) Crop base and allotment history. (Some of these properties are cropland, so there may be some crop base) *** THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITIONPROCEDURES *** The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation - Acquisition Division is issuing a Request for Quotes(RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Texas to obtain appraisals on seven (7) properties as part of the ACEP-WRE Program. Details regarding those properties are found in the attached documents. Please review the attached documents closely. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 60 calendar days. The deadline for submission of quotes is due June 13, 2022 at 3:00pm Central Time. Please submit to the email listed below.
