The job consists of clearing and removal of fallen trees and debris from, and adjacent to 2 stream channels: East Site approximately 2785 linear ft. of channel clearing, debris removal, restoration of disturbed areas, and temporary site access improvements. West Site - approximately 1225 linear ft. of channel clearing, debris removal, restoration of disturbed areas, and temporary site access improvements. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. Participants will meet at the Trotwood Community Cultural Arts Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive, Trotwood, OH 45426. Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award. This opportunity will be a Total Small Business set-aside. A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. Payment Bond (SF-25A), Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC), or a Tripartite Escrow Agreement in the amount of 100% of the project cost will be required within 10 calendar days of award of the contract. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 19 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
