Farm Production and Conservation Business Center (FPAC-BC) Study Research Survey FPAC-Business Center requires support for research and recommendations for a study evaluating and recommending changes to the structure of the overall FPAC-Business Center, including the Business Services and Enterprise service delivery areas to improve service delivery in the FPAC-Business Center and the other FPAC- agencies. The current structure was implemented in 2018. FPAC requires a study team of federal administrative service delivery experts to review the current structure with considerable input from clients, assess if it is meeting client needs within the FPAC-Business Center and to the other FPAC agencies, and make any recommendations that may be warranted to improve the current structure. The contractor shall review previous research and analysis and provide any additional research required through extensive data gathering from FPAC employees, partners, and customers, then analyze data gathered and owned, and recommend organizational changes.
