The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) California State Office needs to obtain the services of a California licensed appraiser to complete a state wide Area Wide Market Analysis (AWMA) and subsequent recertifications/amendments as applicable for the lands under the Conservation Easement Program. The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced commercial services award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award is anticipated to be for a base period plus four one-year option periods. Please see attached RFQ package for complete details.
