The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and material necessary to perform the work. Current unit shows 185,000 Input BTU/Hr and 148,000 Bonnet Capacity BTU/Hr. No preference as to the make/model of the propane heater. The measurements of the current unit are 54 inches tall, 25 ¼ inches wide, and 28 ½ inches deep. Vendors are encouraged to inspect the site where the work will be performed. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Friday, July 23, 2021 at 10:00 AM local time.
