The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to update the bid schedule and include the questions and answers. This amendment includes an updated bid schedule solicitation page four (4) as an attachment to the SF30 12FPC321Q0068_0001 with the following changes: Bid Item 003 Excavation quantity is changed from 1 Job to 5,568 Cubic Yards and 52.211-18 Variation in Estimated Quantity is applicable. Bid Item 004 Tile Exploration is added and replaces previous Earth Fill 004. Bid Item 005 Earthfill is included as a new line item and the Earthfill quantity is changed from 1 Job to 8,450 Cubic Yards and 52.211-18 Variation in Estimated Quantity is applicable. The Questions and Answers_08042021 sheet is the last addition to this amendment. (End of amendment 0001) In accordance with the attached specifications, drawings, wage rates, and terms and conditions, the Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, facilities, and incidentals to locate and decommission underground tile drainage, construct an earthen berm/ditch plug, excavate a breach in a diversion drain, and seed and mulch all disturbed areas upon completion of construction. The solicitation and attachments will be posted after the fifteen-day notification period or shortly thereafter. The project consists of locating and decommissioning underground tile drainage, constructing an earthen berm/ditch plug, and excavating a breach in a diversion drain. In addition, all disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched upon completion of construction. Work to be performed on a Wetlands Reserve Easement (WRE) projected located in Clark County, Illinois in accordance with specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions.
