Two buildings at the Hoolehua Plant Materials Center (HIPMC) located at 4101 Maunaloa Highway, Hoolehua, Hawaii 96729, are in need of renovation and/or remodeling. Scope includes complete main office building remodel, complete seed laboratory space remodel, renovate seed cleaning building. Work will consist of the purchasing and disposing of materials, installing doors, removing and installing windows, removing and installing vinyl floor tile, installing lighting fixtures, switches and outlets, installing counter-tops, upper cabinets, sink installation, installing under counter hot water heater, plumbing, installing baseboards, replacing door hardware, painting ceilings, walls and trim.
