The actual solcitation, invitation for bids (IFB), announcement with all of the attachments is anticipated to post on or around Friday 8/27/2021 Project Synopsis: The greenhouse at the Natural Resources Conservation Service Rose Lake Plant Materials Center, located at 7472 Stoll Road East Lansing, MI 48823, is currently inoperable and has been in disrepair for several years. The current 2,500 sq ft double-bay greenhouse will be separated into two 1,250 sq ft east and west bays. These bays will be divided by a polycarbonate partition-wall running north to south. Description of Work: Work will involve dismantling greenhouse siding and mechanicals; procuring and installing heating and cooling systems; new climate control system; irrigation system and faucets; electrical receptacles; interior and exterior siding and doors; exterior window glazing, gutters and downspouts; and miscellaneous repairs.
