The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry input regarding the undertaking of maintenance of the land to ensure the practice performs according to the required standards under the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) forthe Clean Lakes, Estuaries, and Rivers - CLEAR30 pilot. CLEAR30 is a new pilot under the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) where expiring CRP contracts with water quality practices can be re-enrolled into 30-year contracts with the option of having a third-party vendor provide maintenance to the acres under CRP land. Please review and respond to the attached RFI by the due date specified in the document.
