The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Business Center (FPAC-BC) is soliciting requirements to establish a firm fixed price contract consisting of one (1) base year and (1) one-year option year for farm labor services (up to five positions) located at the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Plant Materials Center (PMC) located at 3800 S. 20th Street Manhattan, KS 66502. The PMC work is directed toward developing improved plant materials for pollinator habitat, upland wildlife habitat, and range/pasture improvement. The PMC also works to improve techniques and species selection associated with cover crops and soil health. See Attachment A - Statement of Work, for a detailed description of the required services.
