This notice provides details of an upcoming project prior to advertisement of the solicitation package. USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service has a requirement for the removal of existing flooring and the purchase, delivery and installation of new ceramic plank tile flooring at the East Texas Plant Materials Center office. Contractor is to bid with two options, a base option consisting of the total office excluding conference room, mechanical room and storage closet. The second option will be those items listed above plus the conference room. The site is located at the East Texas Plant Materials Center located on the Stephen F. Austin Experimental Forest approximately 13 miles southwest of Nacogdoches, Texas. The physical address is 6598 FM 2782, Nacogdoches TX 75964. There will be a pre-bid site showing on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 10:00 am CT at the following address: East Texas Plant Materials Center 6598 FM 2782 Nacogdoches, TX 75964 The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) applicable to this requirement is 238330 - Flooring Contractors with a small business size standard of $15 million. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Any amendments to the solicitation must be acknowledged in order to be considered for award. No bonds are required.
