CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is a woman-owned a small business set-aside acquisition to provide Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Elaine Circle, Gordon Creek at Bakery #3, and Mixon Creek Site #5 Sites in Forrest County, Mississippi. Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. Place of Performance: Forrest County, Mississippi The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated under sealed bidding procedures FAR Part 14. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered as Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and be designated as a certified economically disadvantaged WOSB or WOSB concern.
