The Government intends to award a single award Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) consisting of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for interpretation and translation support over a five (5) year ordering period. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS 541930 located within Highly Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone). The scope of the BPA will include interpretation and translation support for the following languages, at a minimum: Indigenous languages (Cherokee, Choctaw, Creek, Chickasaw, Mississippi Chickasaw and Seminole); Arabic; Korean; French; Portuguese; Chinese; Russian; Hmong; Spanish; Italian; Tagalog; Japanese; Thai; Punjabi; Khmer (Cambodian); and Vietnamese. Additional languages may be requested.
