The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to the quote that meets the requirement in the attached SOW and is the lowest price. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 12/30/2022. This is a 100% Small Business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, which has a size standard of $40.0. For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size. USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will carry out training sessions for its employees. It is required to obtain room block for lodging, meeting/training room including audio-visual equipment and am/pm light refreshments and beverages as outlined in Attachment A of the SOW for approximately 30 participants. The Government is interested in obtaining quotes for acquiring the conference/training space for March 28-30, 2023 in the following location: Dallas, TX The hotel must be able to have lodging availability for approximately 30 participants the days of March 27-31, 2023.
