The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Business Center’s (FPAC-BC) Environmental Activities Division (ENV) requires professional services to provide environmental compliance analysis related to non-emergency and emergency haying and grazing in LPC habitat on lands enrolled in the CRP. Services required and associated deliverables are listed below. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price single award contract. The solicitation is being issued in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. Attached is the combined synopsis. Amendment 001 corrects the period of performance from a Base Year and two 1-year Options to a 3 year period of performance. Additionally, inapplicable clauses were removed from the solicitation.
