The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation Business Center’s (FPAC-BC), Environmental Activities Division (ENV) requires professional services to provide a socio-economic study regarding enrollment of land in the Farm Service Agency (FSA), Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) in California for the purpose of restoring monarch butterfly populations and other pollinators' habitat. This study will focus on incentives that will result in an increase in CRP enrollment for monarch butterfly habitat and other pollinators. Creating monarch habitat is imperative in California to aid in preventing the butterfly to be listed by the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) as endangered. No Synopsis required per FAR 5.202(a)(13). Amendment 0001: Removes reference to Attachment 2 which is not included in this RFQ. Amendment 0002: Edits the PWS to include the Project Meetings and Reporting Requirements referenced in the Schedule of Deliverables and Performance Requirement Measures which were inadvertently excluded.
