SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): FIRM-FIXED PRICE requirement for property record searches for NRCS Easement Programs - Closed Easements - Property Record Searches in the following States of Mississippi (MS), Rhode Island (RI), Wyoming (WY), and South Carolina (SC). SYNOPSIS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 12FPC221Q0050 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is being conducted a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Classification System Code is 541191 Title Abstract and Settlement Offices with a size standard of $12.0 million average annual income. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective July 12, 2021 which can be found at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html under the current FAR section. This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item, firm fixed price purchase order under the procedures at FAR Parts 13, Simplified Procedures. See attachment for additional details.
