The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food Safety Network (FSN) seeks to procure a specialist for communications and knowledge management services. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order utilizing best value methodology. The anticipated period of performance is for 12-months. Quotations are due on or before Tuesday March 17, 2020 at 4:00 PM EASTERN. Your attention is invited to the fact that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit or obligate the Government to an expenditure of public funds should a contract result by reason of a response to this solicitation. This should not be interpreted as a contract or a commitment of any kind on the part of the U.S. Government to award a contract. Furthermore, any contract resulting from this solicitation will be subject to all laws and regulations in effect at the time of contract award.
