The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for expertise in utilizing geospatial data to support and enhance the previously deployed ArcGIS Desktop and Server applications with continued improvements, upgrades, and training required to meet the agency’s demands. USDA has an existing Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with ESRI for ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Mobile Applications products and extensions which are utilized throughout NRCS. Applications and services developed and published by NRCS must maintain compatibility with the current installed base and ensure interoperability. NRCS requires daily program technical support, resource inventory and information, and assistance in resource planning services utilizing the most current GIS software.
