This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 12FPC219R0013 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 12 and 13 are being utilized. A firm fixed price contract to include a base period of one year from the date of award and two one-year option periods, is contemplated. The Government plans to make award without negotiations.
