The United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), is considering purchasing conservation easements to assist the landowners in restoring, protecting and enhancing wetlands. These lands may be placed under a conservation easement through the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) Wetland Reserve Easement Component (ACEP-WRE). Therefore, Areawide Market Analyses (AWMA) must be completed for ACEP-WRE and comply with the RFQ attached. This is set aside for small businesses only. Instructions on how to submit can be found in the attached under section L and M.
