The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) requires title abstract and settlement services to obtain title search, title commitment, post survey updates, final title policy, and closing services for acquisitions of conservation easements on behalf of the United States of America, acting by and through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in South Dakota. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 541191 – Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, which has a size standard of $19.5 million. The contractor must have a current SAM.gov account and have their REPs and CERTs filled out to qualify for an award. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to submitted questions and to incorporate a revised Attachment A - Statement of Work and Attachment B - Price Schedule. Revisions to the Statement of Work are highlighted in red. All quoters are required to use the revised Price Schedule when submitting their price proposal. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted after the questions deadline. Although submitted late, the Government has determined that these questions are valid and provide valuable information that will benefit all vendors preparing quotes. A revised solicitation and Attachment A - Statement of Work are incorporated into the solicitation. Revisions are highlighted in red.
