Quote due date is January 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM CT. ****End of Amendment 0001**** United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Kansas has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for title and closing services for Agricultural Conservation Easement Programs. BPA will have a five (5) year ordering period. This is a total (100%) small business set-aside under NAICS 541191 – Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, which has a size standard of $19.5 million.
