Individual requirements for real property appraisal reports within BPA and subsequent BPA calls will cover areas no smaller than 20 acres and up to 640 acres in size. NRCS estimates, but is not limited to, ten (10) real property appraisal reports to be ordered each ordering period. Period of performance will be for five (5) years.
