Querstion: The supply of bare root trees may be difficult to procure now that it is currently planting season. The next available time to reserve and procure the quantity requirements for this project would be in winter of 2024. For the opportunity to provide competitive value to this project, would the owner consider extending the contract time or pushing the acceptable planting period to spring of 2024 in an effort to allow a more suitable procurement and grow-out period for the required trees? Amendment 0004 The site visit will be on 13 March 2023 at 10:00am Local Time. In accordnace with the solicitation, the winning contractor has to provide the trees for planting.. Amendment 0003 There will be a site visit on 13 March 2023 ath the following address: 1001 N. York Street, Martinville, IL 62442 Please see site visit map attached Amendment 0001 Solicitation date is extended to 14 March 2023 at 0800 am Eastern Time.
