The United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Illinois has a requirement for a professional to plant trees and shrubs on 167 acres in White and Gallatin Counties according to the requirements below. The prime window of opportunity for planting the required trees is typically March 1 through June 1. The period of performance will be from date of award through June 1, 2022 to allow the vendor time to obtain the necessary items to complete this requirement.
