The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) requires janitorial services for LaSalle County USDA Service Center, located at 1691 North 31st Road, Suite 1, Ottawa, IL 61350-9605. The contractor will supply labor, time, materials, and supervision in order to complete the service. Supplies to be provided include cleaning materials, soap, and paper products. The combined occupied space consists of approximately 5,619 square feet that includes reception area, office space, hallways, two restrooms, break room and conference room. The janitorial services will for a base year of 12 months from time of award plus one (1) one (1) year option period.
