The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Iowa has a requirement for the signage posted off roadways to highlight conservation practices on the land behind he signs. Requirements for this project are detailed below and the attachments listed in Section J of this document. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, manpower and supervision for the removal and installation of signs posted off roadways to highlight the conservation practices on the land behind the sign throughout the state of Iowa.
