North Dakota and South Dakota NRCS wish to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this service and will issue BPA calls as needed. The BPA will be for 5 years. Depending on the responses received, USDA may issue one BPA or two. If two BPAs are issued it will be one for North Dakota and one for South Dakota. If one is issued it will be for both states. Please carefully review the attached document for full details on this solicitation. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
