The National Soil Survey Center (NSSC) – Kellogg Soil Survey Laboratory (KSSL) requires a reliable supply of various compressed and liquified gases to support daily operations. The Government Technical Representative (GTR) listed in the follow-on Purchase Order will be authorized to order gases against this contract but will not be authorized to obligate additional funds or change the scope of work. The Contractor will deliver the gas cylinders and dewars to the specific locations in the KSSL as specified by the GTR.
