USDA NRCS has a need to acquire a remotely operated camera inspection system for the purpose of planning, design, and evaluation of watershed projects. Multiple watershed planning projects for wetland and stream restoration efforts, which require locating existing subsurface tile mains as well as determining their orientation, size, constructed materials, and locations of laterals. The proposed specifications for a remotely operated camera will have the capability of meeting the needs mentioned above --- see attached
