The contractor will supply labor, time, equipment, materials and supervision in order to complete the service. Supplies to be provided include cleaning materials, soap and paper products. This service will be needed for a period of one (1) one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periodThe combined occupied space consists of approximately 1323 square feet in two different locations. The space in Main Building 1 is 1246 square feet and 77 square feet of Head House Building 2. The first office is located at 438 Airport Road, Galliano, Louisiana 70354. Cleaning to be done one day a week.
