The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Florida Brooksville Plant Materials Center, requires janitorial services. The contractor will supply labor, time, equipment, materials and supervision in order to complete the service. Supplies to be provided include cleaning materials, soap and paper products. This service will be needed for a period of one (1) one-year base period with four (4) one-year option The combined occupied space consists of approximately 1364 square feet in the main office building. Approximately 1000 square feet in the conference building and approximately 512 square feet for the lab. The Plant and Material Center is located at 14119 Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601.
