The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), has a requirement to purchase five (5) Soil Health Conservation Education Trailers required to improve the quality of field office staff interaction with producers, growers, and conservation stakeholders in order to build program support for soil health conservation education programs across the state through interactive examples. The five (5) Soil Health/Conservation Trailers and all supporting equipment, including trailer and audio-visual presentation infrastructure will enable conservationists to encourage participation and demonstrate multiple scenarios during a single presentation and all work is to be accomplished by the identified vendor. Vendor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, insurance, and services to provide all services requested in the Worksheet for Conservation Demonstration Trailers for five (5) area in Indiana and Tennessee. The vendor will manage the development of all trailers ensuring all items required are included in the identified trailers and correcting any areas that were excluded or nonfunctioning. Vendor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, insurance, and services to provide a complete and fully functional conservation education trailer as outlined in the included Worksheet for five (5) Conservation Demonstration Trailers for Indiana and Tennessee state offices USDA-NRCS.
