This is a combined synopois/solicitation for a Wetland Restoration Project The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Vermont has a requirement for Wetlands Restoration for one property located in the Town of Salisbury, Vermont. Requirements for this purchase are detailed below and the attachments listed in Section J of the solicitation The USDA NRCS has authority to administer voluntary conservation easement programs. The property involved with this requirement is enrolled in the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program Wetland Reserve Easement component (ACEP-WRE). The Federal government has an in-perpetuity obligation to manage these lands as restored wetlands and wildlife habitat.
