The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Vermont has a requirement for Wetlands Restoration for one property located in the Town of West Rutland, Vermont. Requirements for this purchase are detailed below and the attachments listed in Section J of this document. This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE acquisition. The Contractor shall follow the Statement of Work, engineering designs, applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations and permits, and NRCS conservation practice standards and specifications to provide Wetlands Restoration and related conservation practices for this easement property in the Town of West Rutland, VT. The services entail the following: Wetlands Restoration (657) – restore wetlands hydrology and topography within targeted areas identified in NRCS designs, specifications, and maps. Critical Area Planting (342) – seeding a conservation mix to disturbed soils after earth moving work is completed. Mulching (484) – applying plant residues or other suitable material to facilitate seeded Critical Area Planting establishment. Project Duraction is 365 days from reciept of award. Estimated Price Range between $25,000 and $100,000.
