This announcement constitutes the only solicitation 12FPC120Q0019; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-06 - 05-06-2020.
