NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): FIRM-FIXED PRICE SERVICE: Wetland Restoration Maintenance for Upland Habitat Services for a 5-Earth Property, located in Monroe County, State of Pennsylvania This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside ACQUISITION. The small business size standard is based on the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 115112 Soil Preparation, Planting and Cultivating with a size standard of $8 million average annual income. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. To provide Upland Wildlife Habitat services, specifically warm season grass planting and established maintenance for 5-Earth property (15.10 acres) the services will consist of the following: Upland Wildlife Management (645) and/or Herbaceous Weed Treatment (315) Site prep mowing/spraying to know back native introduced cool season grasses Conservation Cover (327) Planting Warm Season Grasses and flowering Forbs Upland Wildlife Management (645) and/or Herbaceous Weed Treatment (315) establishment maintenance mowing/spraying to keep native introduced cool season grasses under control so the warm season grasses can be become established. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023 (refer to the Price Schedule and SOW) SUMMARY. The work consists of all labor, equipment, materials, services, insurance, permits, licenses, notifications and other incidentals necessary to provide the required services in the attached SOW. WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY PRIME CONTRACTOR. The contractor shall perform, with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 50 Percent of the value for the work of the contract. SITE VISIT. A Site Showing will be held for this project on April 20, 2020, 10:00 am Eastern, in front of the property located at 687 Faulstick Road, Saylorsburg, PA 18353. Contractors are strongly urged to attend the site showing. The purpose of this site visit will be to answer questions regarding, or requests for clarification of, the requirements. Although questions during the site visit are permissible, statements or representations made during the site visits are not legally binding.
