USDA NRCS in Michigan has a requirement for a contractor to provide landscaping services for their Rose Lake Plant Materials Center in East Lansing, MI. The work includes mowing and maintaining fields, hedgerows, mowing and edging around building, some small tree and brush removal where directed, occasional spot treatment and herbicide use as needed.
