The solicitation number 12FPC119Q0056 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is being conducted as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Classification System Code is 333415 Air-conditioning and warm air heating equipment and commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment manufacturing. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item, fixed price purchase order under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. Description: The United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) Caribbean Area, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00918, has a requirement to the purchase and installation of new air conditioning units for the Mayaguez Field Office, located at 2200 Pedro Albizu Campos Ave, Apt 22 & apt 23, Mayaguez, PR 00680-5470.
