This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. (ii) Solicitation number 12FPC119Q0046 is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). The acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price, commercial contract. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote responds to the terms of the RFQ and is most advantageous to the government. (iii) Description of the services is to obtain services in the State of Pennsylvania (PA) for Wetland Easement Vegetation Enhancement Services for properties located in Chester, Cumberland, and Northhampton Counties. Please refer to the specification in this package. Attachment 1, Statement of Work and Supporting Documentation (Attachments 2 through 7), Pricing and Certifications, are incorporated and made a part of this Solicitation. Price includes all costs, including travel. Review the detailed description of the services and deliverables required. (iv) This work shall follow the Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable regulations to provide Wetland Enhancement Services for the associated properties. The services entail the following: 1. Brush Management (314); 2. Herbaceous Weed Treatment (315); 3. Conservation Cover (327); and 4. Tree and Shrub Establishment (612). (v) This procurement is being handled on behalf of the USDA NRCS Pennsylvania State Office by the USDA FPAC-BC in Georgia.
