Draft Request for Quote (RFQ) to Procure Office Furniture And Related Services Introduction The US Department of Agriculture, Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) will execute a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to purchase office furniture and related services throughout the United States, Alaska, and Puerto Rico covering a real property portfolio consisting of approximately 2,500 facilities ranging from 200 usable square feet (USF) to 45,000 USF. The FPAC mission area has approximately 22,900 employees. Disclaimer This is not the final RFQ. The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Production and Conservation Business Center intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the acquisition of office furniture, for use at various facilities across the United States, such as, USDA Headquarters, State Offices, and rural USDA County Offices. It is the agency’s intent to establish BPAs that will be awarded, against General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 71. BPAs will be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3(a). Please review and respond to the attached RFI by the due date specified in the document.
